Paintings on Photographs
This series of images are of figures painted
over the top of black and white photos. The
photos are of petroglyphs found in remote
parts of Utah, Arizona, and Australia. Some
paintings are done over photographs of floral
fabric or wallpaper. These often have an aboriginal
feel, as though faces have been tatooed.
The more you look at an image, the more it reveals
itself to you. It's layers are like archaeology, slowly
telling a story of the past.

I like the horse picture, but love the color combination in the third picture .. the one with the blue background and the yellow leaf. I like the choice of dark blue here :)
